  I had a very horrible experience at this location today. Granted it was about 10 minutes before they closed. I was grabbing a few items and the young lady at the front desk stated that it is time to wrap up and come to the counter. The so-called "manager" on duty at the time by the name of 'Ny' was highly disrespectful and told me to get out! An announcement was just made 10 seconds prior to her telling me that I asked her to repeat herself and she said it again. As a business owner myself, If you're working with the public and you're holding a managerial position I'm going to need for you to learn better etiquette manners and respect. Regardless of who you're talking to, a customer always comes first not only did I feel disrespected but I will never ever set foot in this location again. Corporate needs to speak to their managerial team and teach them better etiquette because as someone who runs a business myself I would never speak to a client or customer like this regardless of how I feel or what is happening in that very moment. I don't need to physically fight anybody or argue I hit them where it hurts most. I hope this is a lesson to the company as a whole as well as to this young lady who called herself a "manager". Absolutely unacceptable!!!

  I see this store needs an updated review, whole staff is rude. Mind you it was my first time ever coming in and their website says they closed at 9 p.m but lady running the register was rushing us up out of the store at 7:00 p.m and saying slick comments about how “we better hurry up” after they just told me 5 SECONDS ago they were closing while they clearly saw me walking to the front after being told, just ignorant in my opinion. Seems like nobody likes their job here

  The workers are messy and overzealous. I bought a necklace one day and returned it the next bc it didn't match a dress and earrings I had for it. I brought my receipt and it was 20 hrs later. The manager wanted to review the camera to see if I took the earrings that apparently came with the necklace. What's funny is I opened the box several times in the store with no earrings even at the counter but I waited bc I had time and the cameras aren't good so they couldn't see inside the box. Not my issue. I brought the item and my receipt. Why would I pay $15 to steal the earrings. The box was small and not tagged I could've simply took it the first time ! After 20 mins I got a refund but the ordeal was extra

  The store and atmosphere was good, until my checkout process. The cashier smacks her teeth because I wanted two of my items on a separate transaction before checking out, and then she just drops receipts without putting it in your hand. She has to have better service then that dealing with people, if she having a bad day she should have been doing stock instead of the manager. I was so disgusted with the service I received, I turned back around and got a picture of her.
