  Dominic, that man helped me over the phone even when I wasn’t in the shopping person that’s something that not quite a lot of customer work is due for their customer satisfaction. He was respectful. He gave the proper greeting and he was just overall just helping me out even through the phone and in person.

  Had 4 person tent on sale for the price of three person, unfortunately they didn't have "that" color that was on sale and refused to help a vulnerable adult homeless man with the same tent in blue instead! If it hadn't been for NEEDING A PLACE AND A GIFT CARD AS WERE ALL THE FUNDS I HAD I WOULD HAVE LEFT!

  I ordered and picked up my firearm yesterday. Flawless, fast, and very professional transaction. The gentlemen that helped my daughter and I were very friendly - with excellent Bass Pro Club information. We plan on seeing you guys in May for the club party. Again, an awesome experience dealing with everyone in the shop - especially in the firearms department. Thank you.

  I am a disabled veteran with limited mobility who lives many miles away from one of my favorite stores, Bass Pro Shops. As I enter the later years of my life, I’ve been relying more heavily on online ordering for my hunting and fishing needs. Over the past month, I’ve placed several orders with Bass Pro for this season. While I truly appreciate the convenience of shopping with you, the shipping times have been extremely slow. I don’t place the blame directly on Bass Pro, but I do believe the shipping process and partnerships with distributors and delivery services need to be reviewed and improved. Any attention you can give to speeding up fulfillment and delivery for loyal customers—especially those who depend on online ordering—would be greatly appreciated.

  Boat purchase- Go see Caleb, end of story. I’ve been in a sales driven industry for 10 years, and it’s refreshing to have someone genuinely care, even far before he knew I was purchasing a boat. Had an item that’s been out of stock for over a month, Caleb was the only employee I could find and he was happy to help and go beyond his department and his job. Drilled him with some solid questions/demands over days of phone calls, emails, and in person visits. The results- genuine on point answers, not sales fluff. The small handful he didn’t know- he reassured me he would get the answer and did so promptly. Caleb clearly has an understanding of the take care of customer mentality while maintaining his position requirements and SOPs. Hope Bass Pro recognizes what they have!
