- JLJusten LayneAug 12, 20261.0Horrible customer service . The bathrooms were locked, and I really had to go, so I asked one of the employees “ are the bathrooms locked on purpose, I need to go.” All I got back was “ yup” and she kept it moving before I could ask another question. I then asked another employee if it was ok if I used the restroom( these are public restrooms by the way) and she said yes, you just have to ask an employee. I told her I did earlier and was not treated nicely, to which she said “ No, she wouldn’t do that.”then she pages someone to open the bathroom for me and just walked away. The experience at the register was not much better. Really bad customer service experience.
