  HORRIBLE!! Dropped off two pairs of shoes a month ago. Returned to pick up my shoes 10 days past the date they told me they’d be available and not only were they unable to find the shoes, once they did, they hadn’t been touched. I asked for a refund and will find somewhere else to repair my shoes.

  Do not go here unless you want to wait 8 weeks for your repair. I dropped off a pair of boots that needed new soles. They originally quoted 4 week turn around. Four weeks turned into 6 weeks and then 8. I went to the store three times to pick up my boots and they were never ready. I finally asked for a refund and to have my boots returned but they had started with one heel. I was stuck for another 2 weeks. This was not an isolated incident. On two separate occasions, other customers were having the same experience.

  This is the worst repair shop I have ever visited. I went there to get my shoes fixed, and the owner quoted me $70; however, when I went to someone else, they charged only $30. He is expensive, and his workmanship is poor. He also repaired another pair of my shoes, and the quality of that work was terrible as well. Furthermore, his speech and demeanor lack respect. I do not recommend going to him.
