He stretched out the instep and made the foot a little bit more comfortable as well. I didn't know if he would be able to do it and he did a fantastic job!

Although the work took longer than expected, it was definitely worth the wait. I couldn’t be happier!!!

He told me to call before I came, as he wanted "no drama." Called and texted this past Saturday with no response. Going to pick up my shoes at 10 this morning. So even though they were a day late, getting my shoes back to me my shoes did turn out very very nice and they overall did a very good job. I think customer service has a little bit To be desired, but the overall workmanship was very good
