  Did you ever try to call this place? That call will get you endless free country music. Of the eight departments that promise sign of life, I recommend choose Boat Sales. Someone might pick up there, because that could be a big ka-ching commission. But when you tell Boat Sales you have a kayak inquiry, you will just be back to endless free country music.

  Carlos was absolutely terrible to deal with. His attitude toward us was incredibly rude, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. The way he spoke to us and treated us was honestly disgusting. Instead of trying to help or handle the situation professionally, he made the entire experience uncomfortable and frustrating. Customer service should involve basic respect and decency, and we received neither from Carlos. No customer should be spoken to or treated the way we were. Based on our experience with him, I would absolutely not recommend dealing with Carlos.

  Had a great experience shopping firearms with Tim today, he seemed very knowledgeable about firearms and helped me narrow down my personalized. He kept a great attitude and stayed very respectful, even after another customer was being rude and nasty to him. we need more people like Tim

  Honestly this is my home. I love going to cabelas and just browsing in the fishing rod sections. See all the variety of items they have. They also have great deals for PENN. They have very high quality gear that can last for a long time. Employees are an expert at fishing or hunting so they will help you. I come here very often and they never fail to supprise me.

  Carlos was one of the most unprofessional employees I've dealt with. He came across as rude, dismissive, and completely uninterested in helping customers. Instead of creating a welcoming environment, he made interactions feel uncomfortable and frustrating. His attitude reflected poorly on the business, and it seemed like customer service was the last thing on his mind. A single bad day is understandable, but this experience felt like a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Employees who treat customers this way shouldn't be representing a business. I left disappointed and would think twice before returning if this is the level of service that's considered acceptable.
