  Not selling 30 round magazines is unconstitutional....I hope you side with THE PEOPLE, the issue is in court and you should keep selling 30, 40 rounds magazines....until the law is change or removed. Citizens are allowed to buy what is "by law" permitted.

  Ordered ammo and all ammo showed instock. I picked up order curb side pickup and went home to find my order incomplete. I leave 1 hr from store location and have been calling store for the last 4 to 5 days and cannot even get anbody on the phone. It just rings. Im extremely disappointed with customer service from this location that I'm experiencing and it's unacceptable.

  Very nice store, mostly people who work their are very good. Only one manager i tried to talk he is in gifts, clothing and shoes manager. I asked his name from someone his name is David, is very rude person. He always ignores the customers. Other day my friend went to Cabela's. David did the same thing to my friend.

  Purchased a firearm online and got an email stating that my firearm was ready for pickup. I stood in line for over an hour which is understandable with the new laws coming in. Once at the counter I was told they couldn’t find my firearm and that I would have to come back another day so they can sort the shipment of firearms. So I got upset and asked to speak to a manager. The manager Jen came up to me with an attitude saying that it’s not ready and I told her why did I get an email saying it was ready. I expressed my frustrations to her that I traveled 30 mins one way to get here also waited over an hour in line for them to tell me that my firearm can’t be found. She told me that my attitude isn’t gonna help the process and I told her that’s fine I could contact corporate. She said go ahead and tossed my id on the counter and refused to help me. She talked to the gentleman that was helping me before and he went to the back and came right out with my firearm within 1 min. Jen the manager is very rude and unprofessional. Will not be purchasing any firearms from this store ever again.

  This is a review on the call experience at this location. Management needs to know what is happening and the business being lost. They’ve made it mandatory to call ahead to schedule firearm appraisals. They are not picking up phone calls. The operator picks up and straightaway puts you on an indefinite hold. I stayed on hold for 18 minutes before giving up. Multiple times. Pathetic experience.
