- LTLeyla TrentinSep 4, 20261.0Went in there with my boyfriend to buy a pair of sunglasses, Douglas was extremely rude. He told us to stop trying on sunglasses so he wouldn’t have to clean them. He used the words “let’s start narrowing down our options so I don’t have to clean.” So incredibly rude
- SHSarah HallAug 30, 20261.0Went into this store and was immediately told by their associate Doug that if we touched anything for even for a second he would have to clean it. He then proceeded to tell another customer that this is the worst store in the mall to come browse in because he has to clean everything the customer touches. Another customer came in and he greeted him the same way so the man left and turned to tell him he was very rude on the way out. Doug proceeded to go back and forth with the gentlemen, escalating to the point where Doug was trying to fight the customer. He was antagonizing him and absolutely unprofessional. The customers in the store left as a result. This was an awful experience from the second we entered, we felt we could not browse, and he escalated a situation and risked safety for all customers in the store.
