Andrew Harper is very knowledgeable/capable but oftentimes was very short and not very personable. After having an appointment, my next was improperly scheduled and I was locked out of my device. Despite the fact that no one at Draeger could make sense of the sequence of events, I had my device removed no problem/in time. Lastly, my car ended up dying and having to be junked. My vehicle had zero issues prior, then ALL of a sudden has the ignition theft module lock up, and then the EMS started throwing codes. I had to have at home service calls the last few appointments, which charged almost double the monthly maintenance cost. I also had a random lockout that couldn't be explained (except for a forgetting to update appointment times on their end again). Anyone can cry foul either way, just giving my experience. Overall I am disappointed about my experience and wouldn't recommend them.
