  woman at front desk was awful, slammed my bin of clothes on the counter right in my face when i told her the prize was to low for the nice stuff i brought and when i asked for them back she did that and gave a lot of attitude and told me to bag the clothes back myself. what an awful awful customer service.

  They will incredibly low ball you on your items! Do not bring your clothes and accessories here or shop here. what they offered me vs what they sell the items for = ripping people off to make profit 🤷🏽‍♀️ they even tried to combine a separate purse and wallet into 1 item. W

  this place is extremely terrible, i offered to sell jordan’s newly and they offered 7 dollars for jordan’s. they exploit and only use expensive stuff for their advantage and using more money for it. i also sold NEW clothes with tags, a few minutes later the email popped out saying its read, we came in and explicitly said how the clothes have holes in them when they had tags still on it? the lady lied saying there was holes in it infront of the manager. honestly terrible im never coming here again.

  Seriously just go to a different thrift store (UC) that’s right down the road; better deals with selling + they have so many more options in comparison to here. I brought in never-worn Italian dress pants ($60 worth) with the tag still on and they gave me $3.20 in return. While I understand that resale businesses need to make a profit, I felt the offer was disproportionately low for the quality that I brought in. Honestly just a big disappointment. Good to know to never come back and will be spreading the word xx
