  We met with Chase today and explained our unique approach to a wedding ring (a fantasy ring I didn’t know could become a reality!) In just over an hour he created a couple of variations of my DREAM RING! I cannot wait to see it! Thank you! I’ll post pictures!

  I took my favorite watch in to them period I had lost a lot of weight and they adjusted my watch band for me. It took several times and they got it right. They were courteous, friendly and i appreciate it the wonderful service period

  My wife needed some minor work on her watch and I was told it would be ready in 3 days. It was actually ready a day early. Ed & Ethel's store is spacious, light, and welcoming. Staff are knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. I will definitely be back!

  I truly appreciated the service I received during the process of buying an engagement ring. From the very start the staff was informative and thorough. Very patient and thoughtful with handling what we wanted. I would recommend this establishment to anyone in the NRV for sure! We appreciate you.
