  I would give it a zero star if I could I went looking for a dress for a upcoming wedding not only was the place a mess but when I found a dress I went to the dressing room and it was absolutely disgusting so I decided I wasn’t going to try it on so I went to check out and when it rang up a different pice the gentleman rudely told me and my fiancé that unless we have a belk card we don’t get any of the discounts so I put that dress back because I was not paying over 100$ for a dress I only plan using once so I find a new dress but the sleeve has threads lose and it looks like it’s about to break so I let a different employee know about the dress and she asked if it ripped when I tried it on which I didn’t even go to the dressing rooms with this dress anyway I finally found a dress that I’m fine with the price check said it was 13 dollars and that was great with me because I was planning on spending at least fifty for a decent dress I get to check out and the dress rings up sixty dollars which is more than the tag says now I ask the employee and he said that their is nothing they can do about the pricing difference but in order to get the price down we could sign up for belk and use a cupón so I go to the belk app and he told me that I don’t have to have a account in order to use the cupón now I hit the cupon button and it pulls up a 55% and a 50% he at first scanned the 55% but proceeds to close the transaction and re ring the dress up and tells me plainly that you only can use the 55% if you are a account holder which mind you I was in the middle of setting up when the told me that I didn’t need a account anyway the coupon for 50% gets applied and the total is 30 dollars still frustrated that the price check said 13 dollars I pay what I need to and leave and I had such a bad experience I wanted to cry the employee the floor and cleanliness it was all disgusting

  It's absolutely disgusting that they think these are safe dressing rooms for any person. If you look past the filth on the floor, I Tower over these doors by a good foot and can see in every single dressing room where people are expected to take their clothes off. Absolutely unacceptable and unsafe. Yet, they think 6 items or less will keep us safe?

  Wonderful Belk store! Great selection. Lots of different brands and size selection. Associates are very helpful with coupons to get customers the best deals.

  So old and run down. Completely out dated. Store was physically dirty. Carpet is disgusting and smelly. Just nasty and oh so unorganized. Avoid.
