  This company is absolutely terrible. They promised two months free, but that was completely false. Their customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. No one is able—or willing—to resolve any problem. After spending hours on the phone, their only solution is to send a text message demanding $100 to unlock the device for just three hours. The problem is that when I arrive at the store, the technician often says they don't have time to work on it. What am I supposed to do with only a three-hour window? This is now the second time my device has been locked. I wanted to schedule an appointment before paying to unlock it for three hours, but it is impossible to communicate with anyone at the store. No one answers, and no one provides any real assistance. The entire situation is extremely frustrating. I could lose my job because of this. If I take time off work to go to the store and the technician says they can't help me, I can't just leave and come back later because the three-hour unlock period keeps running. By the time I return, the unlock period may have already expired. I tried explaining all of this to a customer service representative, but instead of listening, he interrupted me and pushed me back into the same process—communicate by text, pay $100, and unlock the device for three hours. No effort was made to understand or solve the problem. This is the second time I have gone through this nightmare, and nothing has improved. The company makes promises it does not keep, provides no meaningful customer support, and leaves customers trapped in an endless cycle of inconvenience and extra charges. Without a doubt, this is the worst company and the worst customer service experience I have ever had.

  This place is horrible… there’s one technician and he’s totally unorganized. He’s horrible with time and quality. He’s not professional and rude to people when HES wrong for being late.

  RUDE is an understatement. If you are in the right position to do your job, if your livelihood depends upon your ability to work and take care of customers, if you can’t do that go find another job. Your family life is personal and you need to keep it at home simple as that.

  이 회사 기계는 매리에 20분마다 울림.(너~무 자주 울림) 그래서 짜증이 많이 남.문제점을 애기 해도 안 고쳐줌. 다른 회사제품은 매 회 1시간 마다 울리는데 이회사와 비교하면 이회사 제품은 너무 함. 그런데 직원이 친절했어 별 2개 줌.
