The lettering was sloppy, uneven, and poorly done, making the whole arrangement look unprofessional. I expected much better quality for what I paid. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this shop or order from them again.
- AAAmyMay 20, 20261.0I had some friends order me a fruit basket and a 6-pack of cupcakes which were delivered while we were out to dinner, which was roughly 1 hour. When we returned, the delivery was on our front porch and while the fruit was fine, this was the state of the cupcakes. When my friends called to complain, they were informed that they were delivered in typical delivery fashion and that there was nothing else they could do. My friends requested that they simply wanted the cupcakes to be re-delivered and were met with a "no". Given how much these deliveries and items cost, it is a real shame that the store chooses not to stand by and back their product. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE - terrible customer service!!!

The driver sent me a text after he delivered it to tell me it was delivered to the mailbox. The mailbox is located in the building next to hers. I had to call her to go pick up her gift on her birthday and lo and behold There was no balloon. Upon contacting the store, the only thing they can do is refund me for the balloon. This was a milestone birthday for my sister, and they ruined it by Not delivering it to her door! Not to mention how rude the lady was that I spoke to in regards to all this at the store. Will never ever order from them again!! update: today is Jan 16 my issue happened in Jan 13th. still waiting on a call back from the manager!!
- CGCristina GalindoFeb 16, 20241.0I purchased an arrangement as a surprise gift for Valentine's Day. It arrived late night at 10:30 p.m. and left outside. This isn't something that can be left outside. The fruit was moldy. I would've preferred they canceled the order if they couldn't deliver it at an appropriate time and without moldy fruit. It was embarrassing that a thoughtful gift was received that way. Just avoid this place altogether. Expensive and terrible service.
