- YGYiwen GJun 24, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at the DSW store on Bailey’s Crossroad Leesburg Pike in Falls Church, VA. I found several pairs of shoes I wanted to purchase, but the promotion I received by email was only available online. Instead of receiving helpful assistance, I was given conflicting information and ended up having to place an online order for in-store pickup while standing in the store. On top of that, they told me I had to wait more than an hour to pick up the shoes I had already paid for, even though the shoes were right in front of me. What made the experience especially frustrating was the way I was treated when asking for help. When the manager came, his name is Ali, and instead of helping me, he made my experience even worse. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and he even snatched the two pairs of shoes from me. Rather than feeling valued as a customer, I felt dismissed and poorly treated throughout the process. Customer service should be focused on helping shoppers find solutions, especially when store and online promotions create confusion. I have always enjoyed shopping at DSW, but this experience left a very negative impression. I hope management addresses these customer service issues so future customers receive the assistance and respect they deserve.
