  Such a rude manager wow… this store is like ran by grumpy, unhappy teenagers. The manager is the worse. I wonder if her subordinates are that way bec they are not happy with her. Just wow

  Awful. I went today and all of the employees were very unkind and rude to me directly and the people around me. It made dress shopping uncomfortable and I felt like I was in a position where I couldn’t ask for help.

  I waited in line for nearly an hour to try on a dress. After leaving the fitting room, I stepped out to look for the same dress in a different size—it’s worth noting that I was alone and had left my belongings inside the fitting room (other shoppers had companions who would step out to fetch items for them). When I returned, the sales associate told me I had to get back in line, even though my things were still inside. I had to wait another hour. The customer service is poor, and there aren't even any bags available to hold the items you've picked out while waiting in such a long line; the associate who provided the bad service is

  Was looking for wedding guest dress, and accidentally googled this store. I was pleasantly surprised! Upfront many things are casual, but in the back they have all kinds of floor-length evening dresses! I found mine!;)

  Sinceramente deberían mandar a clases de atención al cliente vengo de esta tienda y una de la chicas me habló feo y es por que dejé una prenda que ni siquiera fui yo la que lo dejó sin el gancho y sólo lo vi y lo puse en el estante y ella me dijo que donde estaba el gancho ya yo le dije h ella me dijo aquí lo tienes que poner bien feo me habló pienso yo que el trabajo de ella es acomodar. La ropa según lo que la vi haciendo si es tu trabajo hazlo no tiene por qué decirle al cliente que si de donde lo tomes tienes que dejarlo igual todas son unas pedantes deberían contratar gente que si le gusta el servicio al cliente que pena está tienda vende por qué la ropa es bella
