  renji is such a vibe. came in to switch up sunnies but he helped adjust them, and even cleaned up the ones on my head without me asking. such a gem, i wanted to stay just to hang out longer. thank u !!!!!!!

  I walked in unsure if I wanted to keep my sunglasses. Renji was a huge help in trying sunglasses and readjusting my pair of sunglasses. He perfected my sunglasses and made them a great fit for me! His recommendations were spot in and his color analysis on me was immaculate. If you get a chance to stop by, I’d ask for Renji!

  I had an outstanding experience at the Sunglass Hut at Mosaic! I want to give a special shoutout to Yami, the manager, for her exceptional customer service. I came in with an issue on a pair of brand‑new glasses I had purchased only two months ago and they had a clear manufacturer defect. I had already visited two other Sunglass Hut locations, and both told me there was nothing they could do because it was passed the 30 day window. Yami immediately stepped in, listened, and took ownership of the situation. She was kind, patient, and genuinely committed to helping me. She resolved the issue quickly and professionally, and I left feeling relieved and taken care of. Her level of service is rare, and she turned a frustrating situation into a great experience.
