  Sally at Sunglass Hut made this one of the best retail experiences I’ve had in a long time. The pair I originally came in for wasn’t even in stock and I probably would’ve just left but she completely turned it around. Super easy to talk to, knew her stuff, and actually took the time to help me find the right pair. She also helped me pick out a pair for my mom and made the whole thing feel effortless. It didn’t feel like a typical sales interaction at all. Just a really natural conversation that made the whole experience stand out. Because of her I ended up making the purchase and I’ll definitely be coming back. Sunglass Hut is lucky to have her

  Is there was a link where I can take some stars because customer service was below standard. I came in to get Metas first interaction with the “Manager” Noura was great got what I needed and left. Couple days later I decided I wanted get the Oakley but I was informed in order for me to exchange it had to come in the original box. So I came in and I thought since I got the protection plan I was covered. It took one of the associates to let me know if I want to use the protection plan I had to pay an additional $100. Why was not I informed about this from the manager??🚩 But since the associate kept it professional and kept me informed I bought a pair of glasses from her. Here we are today I was cleaning my house and I found the original box. So I came in and tried to exchange them. As I was walking towards the “Manager” Noura one of her associates just took the bag out of my hand 🚩🚩. I also can see her face sad because I know that’s probably a lost of commission for her. They made some excuse about not being in the original condition. 🚩🚩🚩. At that point I walk out because she didn’t even try to offer me store credit or an alternative solution. At the end of the day I still got it returned but from a different store. Which I will be buying from in the near future.

  I’d like to compliment Noura at the Sunglass Hut in Fair Oaks. She was very kind and professional, and even though I decided not to keep the sunglasses I had purchased, she treated me extremely well. Excellent customer service — I will definitely come back to this store when I need to buy sunglasses again.
