  Tyler at the Sunglass Hut in Fair Oaks Mall provided outstanding customer service. He quickly adjusted the fit of my sunglasses and made sure they were comfortable and sitting perfectly. He was professional, courteous, and efficient throughout the entire process. It's refreshing to receive such great customer service these days. I left very happy with the experience and would definitely recommend stopping by if you need any adjustments or help with your eyewear. Thanks again, Tyler!

  I have never interacted with such a rude employee. I came in to pick up an order. I was advised by Sandra that I should cancel the pickup and re-order from the store directly but when I came in, the person working the counter acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about although Sandra had written instructions directly in the pickup receipt, this was after the worker rudely accused me of breaking into the store (seriously). It felt racist and I believe he pretended not to understand what Sandra wrote on the receipt because he wanted to be petty after I called him out for accusing me of breaking into the store even though I entered during normal business hours at 4pm. This individual refused to give me his name but I will be contacting corporate. Edit: I learned the individual’s name is Jadd

  I bought my Ray-Ban glasses from this Sunglass Hut location at Fair Oaks Mall and recently needed a repair. The biggest issue was the customer service. I called repeatedly for nearly 3 hours before driving an hour to the store, but nobody answered the phone. When I arrived, they said they could not handle the repair, while another Sunglass Hut location in Sterling was willing to order the parts and help. I understand stores get busy, but it would have taken less than a minute to answer the phone or let callers know they were unavailable. A simple response could have saved me a wasted trip. Based on my experience, I would recommend working with another Sunglass Hut location instead.
