Plato's Closet is the best thrift store that I have visited. All the clothes are organized by size then by color which is so helpful. A lot of the clothes are beautiful colors and quality items. I bought a couple basic but beautifully colored tops for $8 each. Most clothes are secondhand from quality popular stores like White Fox, Abercrombie, and Hollister. They also have a wide range from casual to going out to athletic clothes. I would recommend this store to people who want nice and affordable trendy or basic clothing items.

Used to like this location but honestly the workers here are just un professional and rude. I went with my friend to drop off a bunch of cute NEW clothing from American eagle, TJ maxx, etc. they take one singular item ( doesn’t even show her what they took ) , give her 4 dollars for it, and then tell her with a nasty attitude that all the clothing she brought is too “mature” for them…yeah okay. Don’t expect to get anything unless you have Shein because that’s what the entire store is filled with.

I want to start by saying the employees I interacted with were relatively kind, and I appreciate that. As a loyal customer who has shopped here for years, this experience was especially disappointing. I would strongly discourage anyone from selling to this location. Before coming in, I researched the brands, styles, and seasonal items they were currently looking for, brought in multiple trendy name-brand items (several brand new with tags worth $50–100), and not a single item was accepted. I know they see a lot of sellers in this area, but I didn't expect them to be THIS selective. I left feeling embarrassed after spending hours preparing/waiting. On my way out, I noticed worn-down Walmart sandals on the sales floor, which left me genuinely confused about how buying decisions are made.

Absolute Bs. I brought several large bins of perfectly good clothes and was told to come back in two hours, it took four, all for them to take ONE THING. I bought a small handbag just for it to fall apart the moment I tried to use it. Zero stars if i could, this place sucks.
