The employee insisted that I leave my handbag outside before trying on dresses, saying it was store policy. I am a regular shopper and shop at many clothing stores and brands, but I have never encountered such a policy before. I counted all the dresses in front of her, yet she still spoke to me in a rude and unwelcoming manner. Policies can be enforced respectfully, but the way I was treated felt unnecessary and unpleasant. Customer service should make shoppers feel welcome, not uncomfortable. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this store to anyone. The way I was treated was unacceptable, and I will never return to this store again.

- SRSunia RajaMay 20, 20261.0I never had a bad experience at Nordstrom or Nordstrom rack .. the lady at fitting room today (may 20 around 11am) was extremely rude probably racist I should say . Normally I don’t care because I know how hard it to work at retail been there done that so I ignored her when she didn’t respond to my greeting I thought she probably having a bad day however on my way back there was another lady ahead of me so fitting room associate was extremely to nice to her and smiled and everything but than when I try to give her a the number back she literally SNATCHED it from me . Out of respect of her age I didn’t say anything to her and walked away . That lady brought tears in my eyes I was just shaking with anger however there was awesome kid at cash register (Kim) she was so kind and sweet which made me not to create a scene or call management.
