Due to an email mix-up, my online order was erroneously refunded/returned and since the item was completely sold out online, reordering wasn't even an option. I stopped by the store hoping the item hadn't been shipped back yet, and Iryna went above and beyond to help. She listened carefully, took the time to understand what had happened, and personally searched the floor and stock room until she found my item so I could re-purchase it. Her persistence and genuine care turned a frustrating situation into a great outcome. It's rare to get that level of hands-on help from a manager, and it made a lasting impression. I came in right before closing, and instead of rushing me out the door, she greeted me with the warmest smile and was genuinely happy to help. I picked up an item that had the wrong tag on it (priced higher than it should've been), and Q caught it right away and brought it to her manager so I could get it retagged at the correct, lower price. She even took a few extra minutes to help me look up my Nordstrom credit card on the app! Not once did she seem tired or annoyed, even though it was the last hour of her shift.
