  Kayla was very helpful in helping me pick out a bag for my upcoming trip and was very knowledgeable about the products! The store is tidy and well organized and the staff are all attentive and friendly.

  Lynda assisted my daughter and me with such kindness and sincerity, and with honest and transparent advice. We had such a wonderful experience during our impromptu visit that this location is now our first and favorite choice.

  I used to love shopping at Lululemon. Unfortunately, my recent experiences have been disappointing. The staff often seem more interested in chatting with each other than engaging with customers. A few years ago, the management and team were always welcoming and attentive, which made the stores a pleasure to visit. Sadly, that no longer seems to be the case. The locations at Tysons Corner Center and Mosaic District have both had noticeably poor customer service during my last few visits. Because of this change, I honestly don’t feel as interested in shopping at Lululemon anymore. I hope the company takes steps to bring back the level of service that made their stores stand out in the first place.

  0 stars!!! Whoever hired that dude with the glasses must be a bird brain. He should literally be fired. He told me he couldn’t accept my lululemon item because it was a tiny bit damp but when I looked it up online and ask the bot online on the website it literally said they should’ve still accepted it. And then he tried to show me the receipt with the “policies” but I literally don’t see anything being mentioned that the store can’t accept an item due to it being a tiny bit damp. Keep in mind it’s unworn, unwashed, tag is still on but they’re trying to tell me they don’t know what it could be on the sweater or why it’s wet when I’ve literally explained it could’ve been a little water I’ve had this sweater sitting in my car for days never worn it because it’s so ugly. This is why the Lulu at Tyson’s is literally better.
