  Found some great end of season bargains. Staff were super attentive. Store was quiet.

  Absolutely awful customer experience. Ordered three monogrammed bags. They failed to monogram one. Instead of saying to keep the $30 bag that was their mistake, they are having me wait for a return label and require me to go to a shipping location that is not convenient for me at all. I get if it was a larger item, but they are probably spending as much on shipping and adding a lot of headache for the customer. Also, the new bag will not be received for another 2 weeks. I wasn't looking for a free bag, but I was expecting a headache free experience. Really disappointing. I guess LLBean has a new customer because I will NEVER shop there again.

  The worse place I have ever shopped at. It’s not the clothes that I have a problem with. It’s the service. Domnique is absolutely not friendly at all. She doesn’t smile and looked grumpy towards me. Not that I did anything. This place leaves a bad vibe. I will never buy anything from here.

  I’ve never had a bad experience here. Employees have always been friendly. The organization was quite eye appealing for their featuring products. LandsEnd has a lot of good things. Unfortunately, the things we happen to be interested in seem to never be in-store. I get it, only so much retail space. It does make frequent returns a pain. Besides the lack of what I would prefer to see in-person, the store is rather good and the return system seems to very turn-key to accommodate this.
