    I went early so it wasn't much of a crowd in thete but it was quiet I went to return a package the only thing I didn't like was I called the 1 800 number and they said if I took it back to the store I would get a full refund but if I mailed it I would only get 22 dollars not 31 so I drove the 30 minutes drive to jc penny and the lady returned me 22 dollars but I didn't say anything to her but when I got home I called that 1 800 number and I told them what the 1 800 people said thst if I took it I would get all ny money but if I mailed it I wouldn't get all my money and I took it and the Kady still gave me half my money so the guy gave me my other 8 dollars which gave me my total amount of 31 dollars instead of 22 because I was upset because I had to drive 30 minutes to that jc penny but thanks to the jc penny operator for giving me my total amount

    I found excellent deals in clothing and jewelry. Unfortunately they don't have a lot of staff available so, you will have to wait to be attended.
