Margarita was a huge help when making the initial selections ; she made suggestions for frame and matte colors and sizes which helped narrow down the many options. But Margarita’s real customer service skills shone when I picked up my order; she carried my very large and heavy frame from the store to my car which was double parked at the curb. Then she helped wedge it into my compact car! Whew! I appreciated her effort! Well done!

Came in as a first-timer and left as a big fan. Wasn't quite sure what I was looking for but the associate we worked with (Joaquim) gave us plenty of thoughts/advice/options that led us to eventually land on a great piece. Very grateful for the extra time and thought that was spent on us and would definitely recommend to a friend.

We have had the pleasure of working with Margarita on several occasions, and each time we are presented with several wonderful options and an expertise that is second to none. She has such a talent for helping us choose the perfect way to showcase our special memories. We especially appreciate that Margarita treats our memories with the same love and care as we do. Whenever friends and family visit, they always point out and compliment the beautiful pieces that Margarita has framed for us. We highly recommend Margarita for her exceptional talent, attention to detail, and genuine care for her customers. We are so happy to know that she is now at the Mosaic District location!

The team at Framebridge Mosaic is amazing! Keyanna assisted me with framing 17 pieces of artwork. She was professional, knowledgeable, provided fantastic suggestions and timely updates on the progress. The process was easy & fun! Every piece turned out better than I could have imagined. I returned to have 5 more large pieces of art framed that needed a quick turnaround for an exhibition and the Mosaic team worked their magic. I would highly recommend their services & products.

I did not purchase from Framebridge. They have good reviews but understand they do not offer repairs or parts. We had the glass broken in a frame made by a family member, I wanted to pay for new glass but was informed that the only option they could provide was to build a new frame.
