  This place is so misorganized and bad! To start, I ordered online and they delayed my order. So I decided to go to the store and get the uniforms directly.. but they didn’t have the uniforms ready for my daughter’s size.. so they told me to wait for the embroidery on the T-shirt. after waiting 30 minutes I went back to ask about it only to find out they hadn’t even started! The girl who received the uniforms literally forgot about my order, and Instead of just admitting the mistake, they made up a story to excuse it and then rushed to do the embroidery while I waited another 15 minutes. The whole experience was frustrating and unprofessional. On top of that, the uniforms are way overpriced and the quality is not even that good. I really wish schools didn’t make us buy uniforms only from this store. I won’t come back if I don’t have to. 😓😓.

  Such a nice and welcoming store! Cam and Ines made our visit so easy and stress free. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure we got the right uniform pieces and sizes. You can tell they genuinely care about helping customers. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences we’ve had!

  My experiences at Flynn O’Hara Fairfax over the last 5 years have always been great. However, my experience with Vildon, who assisted me with my exchange and purchase, on 8/19 was exceptional. She was professional, courteous, and happily provided additional assistance during a particularly busy time in the store and some less than patient customers. Vildon’s pleasant attitude and eagerness to help made for a pleasant experience for myself and other customers.

  If you want the absolute best experience at Flynn O'Hara, you have to ask for Cam or Sophia M.! They are incredible assets to the team and provide truly impeccable customer service. I actually call the store before driving over just to make sure they are working—they are that amazing! Massive thanks to Cam and Sophia M. for always going above and beyond!

  I had a fantastic shopping experience at the Fairfax store. There were two people in particular who were very helpful. Oshi who helped me figure out my sweatpants confusion. I had no idea where to look or how to order and she got me to the right place to make the order and find the correct item. Also, Griffin was very helpful in helping me decipher my list and showing me my options, he was very patient and even explained the different fabrics to me. Both Oshi and Griffin made my first time at the store easy! Thank you both!
