  Absolutely unacceptable experience at Express. I have never seen such immature and unprofessional behavior from people claiming to be store management. I found an item clearly marked on sale for $14.97. When it was scanned at the register, it came up as $19.97. Instead of taking responsibility for the incorrect pricing displayed on the sales floor, Caesar immediately removed the sale tag and claimed, “We have nothing here for $15.” That is not how customer service works. If your store places the wrong price tag on an item, that is the store’s mistake — not the customer’s. We asked to speak to the store manager and were told he was “on lunch.” We came back afterward, and the moment he saw us, he was already talking about us over the headset before even approaching the situation professionally. We stood at the cashier for about 15 minutes waiting while he pretended to stay busy scanning items and completely ignored us. When we finally spoke to him, we explained clearly that the issue was not the $5 difference — it was the principle and the complete lack of accountability. A store manager should know how to handle situations professionally instead of acting defensive and immature. The moment we turned our backs, both employees started laughing like children in a classroom. The manager, John, acted incredibly disrespectful and irresponsible for someone in a leadership position. Honestly shocking that a major brand like Express would hire management staff who behave this way toward customers. Completely unprofessional, childish, dismissive, and disrespectful from start to finish. I will definitely think twice before shopping here again.

  The manager Dashaun Wesley was very personable and helped us with all our requests, giving us his time and making sure we left happy. Dahsaun has an amazing personality and brings a wonderful energy to the store. He is definitely an asset to the Express Group!

  In my elevation journey and came here last night to pick up my camel top coat, I had done an online order pickup. The two gentleman working last night were helpful and provided a quality experience. Very happy with the level of service I received, and the coat.
