  I ordered an arrangement for my husband on Father’s before 1 PM and paid extra for 1-hour delivery, with clear instructions to call upon arrival for a hand-delivered drop-off. Instead, the driver did not call, no notification, and the order was delivered over 8 hours later, at 8:37pm and left UNATTENDED without my knowledge in the lobby!! Can you imagine? Fresh fruit? I only learned this since i did not see anything after visiting the store the next day on monday, where I was given excuses from the girl there rather than solutions. A good business would acknowledge the failed service and issue a refund. Without questions. Instead, I’m still waiting for a PROMISED call from a “manager.” It’s been 3 days. Save yourself the frustration and take your business and money elsewhere!

  I ordered a Mother’s Day arrangement totaling over $130 and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing. Tracking never updated beyond “received by store,” and despite calling the location multiple times throughout the day, no one ever answered the phone. After waiting all day with no communication, I finally submitted a cancellation request because I genuinely thought the order wasn’t coming. The arrangement was then delivered at 10:08 PM with no knock, doorbell ring, phone call, or text notification. I didn’t even realize it had been delivered until after 1:00 AM when I happened to wake up and check my email. Had I not done that, a perishable arrangement would have sat outside overnight unnoticed. To make matters worse, I emailed requesting assistance/refund consideration due to the experience and still have not received any response days later. For the price point, I expected significantly better communication and customer service.

  I ordered a gift for my daughter who was recovering from surgery. We had a hiccup with the delivery no fault of the store, and they still made the situation right! Great customer service, & follow up phone calls. The item I ordered was perfect and as described. She loved it! Thank you!

  not satisfied at all. they called the wrong person and told my girlfriend that they left it at the completely wrong building and ruined my surprise for her would not recommended or return to this place

  Very satisfied with my experience, packaged beautifully and the strawberry cheesecake were very well put together and delicious. Tracking was spot on. Not sure about the bad experiences mine was fantastic.
