- BCBarbara Cooke-JamesAug 20, 20263.0Although I found a lovely pair of sandals at the Woodbridge location, the sale associates were not especially helpful nor respectful. The woman on the floor showed no compassion as I struggled to try on shoes given that the seating was too low for my arthritic knees. In fact, another customer who saw that I was struggling to stand while attempting to try on sandals offered to help me. The cashier spoke to my 72-year-old face as if I was a child, stating that I couldn’t return the sandals if I wore them outside, etc. etc. I’m still shaking my head as I write this review. Those experiences detracted from the pleasure of my visit. I didn’t feel valued as a customer.
