  I typically do my jeans shopping online but I’ll be returning to this location thanks to Savannah. She greeted me at the door and pointed me in the direction of the style I was looking for. Not only did I get my intended pair, she also showed me a similar style and I got those as well! She gave me great advice on the size difference between the two, saving me an extra trip to the fitting room. I didn’t get his name, but the cashier was also super helpful. Great experience overall!

  Absolutely terrible customer service at American Eagle. I went in just trying to do a simple online return, and instead of basic help, I was met with a nasty, dismissive attitude. Brenna was incredibly rude, acted like I was inconveniencing her just by asking a question, and made zero effort to be helpful or professional. It honestly felt like she didn’t want to do her job at all. If this is how customers are treated, it’s no surprise people would rather shop elsewhere. Completely unacceptable.

  I love their jeans, but why does this specific store smell so bad? I can’t even shop there anymore because of whatever that awful stench is. I can’t tell if there’s a gas leak or if it’s some signature scent that they spray everywhere. Whatever it is, please tone it down because it’s driving customers away
