  Not a good experience they don't care about customer satisfaction i bought a shoe and wore it for 2 hours it was not comfortable next day I took it they are saying that there is a-lots of dirt in it and we cant sell it back so we will give you store credit instead of refund i mean if you cant sell it because of a tiny dust on it why would you give me store credit just refuse the return and this was my first time shopping here and will be the last time

  Very friendly and helpful staff. Wide variety of shoes. I needed slip-proof boots for work and they had a variety to choose from. Max size on floor is 13, larger sizes will have to be ordered in store or online

  I had an amazing experience at the DSW Dulles 28 location thanks to Ali, Livi, and Michelle. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. I came in with an unopened box that contained the shoes I needed, and Ali was so kind and patient in helping me open it and check everything. His willingness to assist and make sure I was taken care of really stood out. The entire team went above and beyond to make my visit easy and enjoyable. Their patience, product knowledge, and genuine customer service made a great impression. It’s rare to find employees who make customers feel so welcomed and valued. Thank you, Ali, Livi, and Michelle, for your outstanding service. You truly deserve five stars!

  I visit this store often i purchase a shose 3 days ago and I found ather i like so i go this morning to return it it was a display when i purchase it There is one woman with the hijab very disrespectful and unprofessional she even put her hands on me refuse to put my money on my card very bad experience .
