- PPPatricia PoteetJun 11, 20261.0Elevators and escalators not working. Had to go out into the mall area to go upstairs to enter Belk. Upstairs no air-conditioning. This store is the armpits of Belk stores. Very dirty store. We said we would never go back. Prices are not on most items. You take the item and scan it. It's really had to pick up a piece of luggage and check the price. Glad I did because it was cheaper at Dillards. Note to Belk shut this store DOWN. I'm really shocked with building codes it's still operating.

I bought $135 worth of items . The woman asked me “is that all you’re going to spend ?” And she gave me a nasty look . Another woman approached and they started talking about me right in front of me ! They were saying I look like I have a lot more money to spend and they said I’m being too frugal . One of them encouraged me to at least spend another $100 . When I said I’m ok , I was told “but you haven’t spent enough today” I asked her what she meant and she said I haven’t treated myself enough . When I was leaving , I heard them saying “she might have some problems or something.” The experience was just bizarre

- FCFaith CrewsMay 7, 20261.0The woman at the top floor in the front was very rude asking personal questions when I repeatedly told her I didn’t need help an tried to walk away several times an she proceeded to follow me an escort me to the bottom floor for nothing she asked what service I had on my phone like what is this 50 questions like come on her cheese done slid off her cracker for real. All I was tryna do is get my mother her favorite perfume and lotion for Mother’s Day.
