  I was followed and watched the entire 10 minutes I was in the store. It became so obvious that I decided to stand against the wall and simply observe another family shopping freely without being made to feel uncomfortable. Shortly afterward, several store associates approached me and asked if I had a problem. I told them that since I was being watched so closely, I figured I’d watch other customers for free so everyone could experience how uncomfortable it feels. It was an embarrassing and unwelcoming experience, and I will never return.

  The women and one man who work there are pretty snotty tbh. Every time I spoke it was as if I had said nothing at all. No response, staring at their phones, not personable at all, zero customer service skills. Guess I can’t be too mad at minimum wage employees for not smiling and being nice but damn they really make me dread coming in there for returns lol

  I typically don't like to shop in person at American Eagle because the employees tend to be rude and "inconvenienced". So I decided to purchase a pair of jeans online - what could go wrong there, right? WRONG. Received my jeans and was quite shocked that the jeans and the packaging reeked of pot. It was absolutely disgusting. Moral of the story for me - find other places to shop. AE isn't worth the frustration and waste of my time.

  No associates on the floor helping customers, noone in the fitting rooms to unlock the doors and let customers in. The only employees working are at the register.

  Their jeans are awesome, they have flex jeans/extreme flex jeans for men now, and the staff, they always greet is and are very nice and ask use if we need help with anything. Would shop here again.
