  If I could give zero stars I would. This store has gone down hill drastically since the one pregnant girl left. U used to really enjoy coming in and I don’t now. I do hope they pull the store back together.

  I have had nothing but the best experiences when shopping that this Plato’s Closet location. I have been a customer at this establishment for a while and have made multiple trips this year to this location. The staff are some of the most friendly people in the area. The store is laid out in easily enough for me to find what I’m looking for. While the feature walls arranges items together to help with greater styling options. I love the selection of merchandise as they always have a fresh variety of styles to choose from. The store owners even pointed me to a section of the store where I could find good deals on great condition shoes. It’s a no brainer why this Plato’s Closet is top 20 in the country on shoe sales. I will be back soon as I prepare for the fall season. This place is better than your average thrift shop as they supply high quality name brand gear for a fraction of the retail price.

  This was my first time ever going to a Plato's closet and I had a great experience! The owners were so helpful and welcoming, and you could really tell they enjoy what they do. They have such a wide variety of styles of clothes and shoes, so there's definitely something there for everybody to get. 10/10 experience! I would definitely shop here again!

  I absolutely LOVE what the owners have done with this Plato’s Closet! You can genuinely tell that they’ve put so much time, effort, and care into turning the store around. One thing I really appreciate is how involved the owners are they’re actually present, showing up, interacting with customers, and making sure the store is running the way it should. That level of involvement really makes a difference! The customer service is AMAZING all around. Everyone I’ve encountered has been welcoming, helpful, and willing to assist without making you feel pressured. You can tell that creating a positive experience for customers is important to the team. And the selection?! There are SO many options when it comes to clothing, shoes, sneakers, and accessories. I always feel like there’s something new to look through, and there are plenty of cute and trendy pieces to choose from without having to spend a fortune. I honestly love seeing the transformation of this location. The owners deserve recognition for the work they’ve put into the store and for being so hands-on and involved. It’s clear that they care about their customers, their employees, and the overall shopping experience.

  Honestly, one of the worst clothing experiences I have had yet to date, I’ve been here multiple times to give the ability to write this review, the owners seemed nice at the start, but they treated the staff when I was there not that great, they post online about the glamour of working or owning a Plato’s closet to attract more people, but cut out the bad parts, the staff them selves are conniving they will try everything in there power to get you to buy stuff even if they lie about how it looks, the stuff they resell can be real yes, but there’s often times I’ve realized they are selling counterfeit stuff, I wouldn’t recommend going out of your way to sell stuff here because your not gonna get your moneys worth. They do extra dollars off clearance items, only because stuff bought in there are defective or have holes, I bought shorts from the clearance isle, and they had a hold right by the pockets, the owners don’t care about the products given out to the customers as much as they would like you to think, and getting down to the nitty gritty parts, there are certain staff on the team who are just plain rude, they constantly have a attitude and if they want this store to truly work need a attitude adjustment or a warning, I wouldn’t ever take my kids here, they can get better clothing that’s fully checked and see if there loved from a uptown cheapskate, comparing the quality of life between the two stores I have to go with uptown, it’s more fun and fresh and honestly radiates more positivity from the workers there, this store was a lot more fun back when the old owners worked here, they make sure that things were kept in line fully. The new owners seem to not do even that, so from my experience if your wanting a d star experience of clothing shopping I would come here but if you value a better experience then don’t come here at all, keep your clothes sell them online not here it’s a front of scam artists and people who will make you feel like crap!
