  Rand and his team were fantastic to deal with through the whole purchasing process. Zero pressure, massive education (need when buying a Rolex). Went into store to collect and was greeted by a friendly associate named Will, who helped get the watch sized. I will definitely be back and highly recommend purchasing from Tidewater Diamonds

  Went to Tidewater Diamond this May 2026 for a consultation on my jewelry accessory pendant set for a potential job to be done(bulk order).My consultation with “ Will Howell” went smooth and I left feeling confident and assured I had chosen the right jewelry business for the job if the quotes lined up within budget. I had to call for updates after being told initially it would be two weeks for quote. I instead waited 3 weeks just for good measure…. Only to discover that my jewelry had not been sent out to their NY manufacturer until 9 days later…. An update would have been professional and courteous but didn't know until I called….. so from then on the process stayed without any updates until I asked specific relevant questions in follow up emails at reasonable amount of time(looking at weekly or biweekly)and was told he got busy…. Yet my emails went answered in a timely manner. I never did get a quote via email or text or a call. So finally I requested that my jewelry be returned and so I was given a quote (July 2026) after over 3 months of waiting. I realize busyness happens; however, it seemed odd that my emails were answered but manager spoke with me on the day I arrived to pick up and gave me a quote which was counter productive to the entire process/purpose. So, my client confidence/trust was broken… so life goes on…the disappointment was unbelievable deep and unexpected…yet I left with a smile and put my trust more in my faith for next move. Bottom line: If you’re looking to mass produce jewelry I do hope your experience will be much better…. And I learned yet again a valuable lesson on this jewelry creation journey. 07/15/26 Wednesday

  If you’re looking for a place to buy your engagement ring, jewelry or watches, I would recommend Tidewater Diamond! They have such a beautiful collection. I had two experiences here at TD. First: Will Howell helped me pick out my first Citizen watch! I am absolutely in love with this watch. Second: Will Haladyna let me try on a couple of jewelry pieces, which were all beautiful. He is so personable and my husband and I enjoyed chatting with him. I came in originally to get my bracelet fixed and I ended up finding a new gold setting I’m in love with. And he even offered to clean my diamond ring! I will be back to get my loose diamond set with them. Overall, I had an amazing experience getting my pearl bracelet clasp/link fixed and trying on new pieces!

  I had visited Tidewater Diamond at their old location back in November and sold a ring to them to clear out some of my jewelry and I was so impressed with them. When me and my now husband started talking about getting engaged a few months ago and started ring shopping I knew exactly the place to go. We stopped in and Miss Camille Knight assisted us right away and I have never been more grateful for someone. She took the time to walk me through their rings and was patient while I tried to figure out which ring spoke to me. I picked out about 9 or so rings, and she patiently went through them with me while showing me what she thought I might like. She was absolutely amazing, she made me feel as if i was shopping with my best friend. Every time I have been back since she has always been so happy to see me and checks in on me. If you're ever in the area or ring shopping I would 100% recommend Tidewater Diamond and Camille Knight.
