  Great experience at Plato’s! The service was excellent, and Deonte was especially helpful, friendly, and professional. He made sure everything went smoothly and made the experience even better. I really appreciate the great customer service and will definitely be back!

  I love that they accept most of my clothes that i wasn’t wearing anymore. Thank you guys for everything and for having such a clean store. I was shopping as i was selling 🤣

  Great plato’s, well priced items and always so many good brands. I also appreciate how they organize this plato’s, way easier to navigate than some of the others in the area!

  if you sell items for consignment DO NOT use Plato's Closet ! All but 2 of my 50 items are brand new. They said they couldn't take the 48 items bc/o wear and tear. Many still had tags on them! They were purchased recently at teen/young adult stores around town. My items go for $10 to $15. They only wanted the 2 USED ITEMS/bags for $3 - I sell them for $15. The one bag is great, but has pen stains all over the bottom - wear and tear, anyone ?! Said it'd take about 40 min, took well over an hour. Snatched my bags back, bc i have friends I'd rather give them to than make $3 a piece. Used to shop there, but now that I know how they treat vendors I will NEVER RETURN. Plato must be real dang greedy. NO ! THANKS ! **tried to give ZERO stars, bc they don't care about the people, and they're bankrupt without US !!!**

  I love this place everybody's really knowledgeable and friendly and today I found a shoe but when I brought it up to check out the employee went in the back and came back with the same shoe different colors they were mitchmatched So one was red, and one was green. She looked for the other ones. That's all she could find. I asked her if she would go back there and look again. It took her a minute, but she found both pairs which made my day. Because I only seen the one and now I have both. Her name is Cece. She was really nice and professional, and she didn't even havean attitude about looking for them. she could havejust told me she couldn't find them but she didn't, and she did find them.. Thank you Cc i hope I spell your name right I wasn't quite sure if it was supposed to be like that. But she did take the time to go back and find both pair of the shoes they were probably just put in the wrong area. It made my day because I really wanted both pairs. And if she didn't take the time to look, I wouldn't have them. So definitely had to leave a good review also, this plato's is the best plato's in the 757 trust me, I've been to them all. Their store is always nice, neat and everybody's professional and treats everybody. Equally awesome. The manager her name is Brittany. She is super nice and amazing and professional. Whenever I have a problem, I talk to her and she always takes the time out to listen to whatever I have to say. And she always fixes the situation. And keeps it fair and honest. I definitely appreciate that when I spend my money somewhere it's definitely important how they treat you i will always come and check this store out it's really a nice vibeThat is all thank you&love you platos❤️❤️❤️💯💯💯
