  ⭐ 1-Star Review Extremely poor customer service. I was made to feel like I was being accused of stealing simply because a young employee told me to move to the other side while I had my own money. Then she said, “She’s counting money,” which was completely unnecessary and very disrespectful. There are professional ways to handle store procedures without making customers feel like criminals. I left feeling uncomfortable and insulted. I will never shop at this Plato’s Closet again and absolutely would not recommend this location. Customer service needs serious improvement. Passive aggressive response does not makeup for accountability! I felt like I was being profiled, and treated as though I was a criminal without any justification! Being singled out and treated as though I were a potential thief, especially in front of other customers, was extremely degrading, humiliating, and inappropriate! Stop the excuses train you're staff good leadership starts from the top.

  I shop here very often sometimes but and sometimes sell. They have a variety of cute styles and the latest trends and reasonable prices. But, the customer service is horrible alongside the bad attitude of some of the staff. The store manager is very helpful And apologized. But, the staff member named Destiny is very aggressive and has a horrible attitude towards customers. As a sales associate you have to know how to speak to a customer in a professional and mature manner even if your enforcing a policy it's not what you say it's how you say it even if as an employee your frustrated with sorting and a busy store. Without customers there is no plato. Other than that there clothes shoes and accessories are trendy and you can save money. But, with a lack of customer service I will not shop here. It's not about how much you get for an item. I could careless about that it's the dismissive, bad attitude, and unwelcoming energy you receive when you come in. I'm disappointed. But I rather shop elsewhere with better customer service.

  Best organized store I have been into. Great selection, most items sorted by size. Staff was fantastic !!!

  They are really picky so don’t take too much with you. Sometimes you will sit for an hour and they won’t take anything at all so make sure you ask what they are looking for specifically
