Mr. Jeff accommodated us and was so kind. He gave great tips and he helped pick which band would match. The smile and kindness we got from him made our day. You need to see him if you want to get your jewelry here. Excellent customer service!

Mr. Jeff assisted me at the jewelry counter to find some nice pieces (a ring, bracelet, and earrings) for a conference I had that week. I wanted something simple and elegant, but I wasn't ready to spend a lot of money. He found me the most perfect white opal ring and bracelet set, and also a gorgeous pair of pearl earrings that had a small diamond detail at the bottom. So simple and classy, but statement pieces. I had such a lovely time looking for these with Jeff, and he worked so hard to help me find items I really like that were also in my price range. I wore my pieces all week and also on the flight home. Such a great experience, and one that has made me want to get more jewelry in the future. Also, want to note that Ms. Debra took extra time to help me find the women's belts, which had been moved earlier that week. Lifesaver!

The ladies at the return counter made a big deal of my grandmas birthday and it just made her day. Everyone we spoke to including the girl in cosmetics and the younger girl working upstairs around women's and shoes was sweet!
