  Hi, I'm one of the customer today. So I dropped off two bags of clothes and went to browse at TJ Maxx while I waited. When I got the text saying they were finished, I went back to get the money; they had only taken five items, so after that I brought the rest back home. Once home, I checked what they had actually accepted. One of the items was a pink Alo workout top that I had worn only once—it was expensive to buy, but the price I got for it today was vastly different. The money i got it's not what i buy the Alo workout top. I won't be coming back. : (

  Purchase clothing from the store and they left the security tag on. Didn't discover until I was out of town. Tried to call, but their number only goes to voicemail. Would absolutely not recommend.

  Frustrating because when you come from a long distance they will have this sign in the window. Called before to even ask if they were accepting anything else 2 times and no one answers either.

  If i could give this store a 0, I would. My friend and i went in at 6pm to drop off our clothes and they told us that it would take 45 minutes at MAX, that they would send us a message when our clothes were ready and to be back BY 7:30 when we got the text and if we weren’t back by 7:30, that they would be tossed. We waited for OVER an hour and didn’t get any text whatsoever so we both went in at 7:45 to see why what was going on and when we went up to the counter, we were ignored by both of the employees there until finally one of them turned around and we saw how our clothes were already ready and we didn’t receive the text until we went in there and asked. What a complete waste of time especially after we were told that we were going to get sent a text when it was ready. She told us they were only taking 3 ITEMS??? out of all of the items that we had in a big bag. I had an edikted hoodie that was BRAND new with tags and when i opened that bag, it was completely untouched. My friend got told the same thing and she had american eagle, hollister and lululemon so we just don’t understand why your store is filled with stained, old clothes and you won’t take all of these brand new name brands?? Never coming back.
