Calibration
Ignition interlock devices require regular calibrations that will vary depending on your state's regulations. Ignition interlock device installation typically takes around 1-2 hours depending on the make and model of your vehicle. You have the option to drop off your vehicle and pick up at a later time or wait in the provider waiting area while your car breathalyzer is installed.
Removal
Removal of your ignition interlock device is a quick and simple process. Your service provider will remove your car breathalyzer from your vehicle and return it to LifeSafer for you. Be sure to only have your ignition interlock device removed by a certified LifeSafer installer/provider.

Cody is friendly and efficient. The Charlottesville location operates on Tuesdays only! The Lifesafer website lists Friday as an option, but that’s not the case, as of right now.
