  My wife bought some items for my birthday and put them on a J- crew credit card last week because of the extra discount offered. Bad idea and I would not recommend it. She went back to pay the credit balance in full with cash earlier today and then after I opened all my stuff, we needed to return one item that didn't fit well. Even though she paid cash earlier this morning they wouldn't give a refund in cash. How stupid can they be? They strong arm people and throw out the favorite word stores love to use. "policy" Then they force you into only one option of a credit instead of doing the right & honorable thing by returning your refund in the method that you paid. They use flim flam as a business method. We are cancelling the card immediately, never going into one of their stores ever again & writing reviews on every social media account we have. Very shady place with robotic like employees...

  Gee wiz. These guys really know how to work! Despite the negative reviews, the customer service is absolutely phenomenal. I recall around two months ago being helped by an older-looking gentlemen going by the name of Paul. Paul followed me everywhere, answering every question I had. This past week, I was greeted by every associate with a warm smile and an eagerness to assist. The clothing selection is also wonderful. I will certainly continue to shop at this store. It is a hidden gem of the 434.

  Finally made it in to the Barracks Rd JCrew Factory store. Was very disappointed there were two associates working, a store full of customers and they were leaning behind the desk talking. I walked around the dest and not once was I greeted or acknowledged. Up front several customers had items over their arms with no one to help them. I have shopped at JCrew for years and was very surprised.
