He explained each of the customization options in detail, clearly proficient in and knowledgable of his craft. He was always easy to contact and quick to research and respond to questions to keep the customer happy. He helped our group organize two different designs at the last minute. IMO, best of all, he was a down to earth person, sympathetic to a situation where you can't please everyone and have to meet a deadline with a professional looking product. The store is immaculate and has sample images and materials organized and accessible to help customers decide in real-time. Plus, everything they do is accessible immediately on their website. Highly recommend, would absolutely use again!!
