- AEAngelique EnglandJul 18, 20263.0Since the rest of the mall closed, Belks has consolidated into a much smaller location. It's half the size it once was. This is unfortunate since they now offer much less and is no longer worth the drive. Our experience today was underwhelming. Even with a Belks coupon, the purchase was still more than other places. Very few size options for men's shoes. If you need a wide in men's shoes, they don't carry any (per the employee). Not sure if it's a prerogative of management, but the employee was too pushy with trying to enroll everyone in our party for a Belks credit card. Especially when she was already aware that I was paying with one.

She went above and beyond to help me, and she was courteous, professional, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. She helped me with the Belk app, assisted me in finding the right size, and made my shopping experience easy and enjoyable. I also noticed how attentive and helpful she was with other customers. Linda is a wonderful representative of Belk, and I hope she receives the recognition she deserves.
- GMGil AKA MMAFAN3Jun 6, 20265.0Went here very recently and an older woman that helped us went above and beyond. Yes, items are pricey but you can still get some good deals on quality merchandise. It was nice walking through the store. I hadn't been to Fashion Square Mall, or what is left of it for decades when I went to school in the area. Hopefully this store won't suffer the same demise as other big box stores.
