  Poor customer service. Prices not as advertised. Expected Bali bras $19.99 as advertised which they were not. Fitting room closed at 5:30 even though store open until 8 due to lack os staff. Last time I was shopping for underwear. A sign on the wall over the underwear said buy 1 get 2 free, but that was not true either. The staff person said it rang up as buy 1 get 1 & she couldn't explain the sign or honor that price. I'm done with Belk. There were only a few customers. They will probably close soon.

  That place looks like a mall from fallout 4. The you have a thousand cops there looking to make easy quota as well. Stay far away.....

  That mall looks like a third world wasteland. Then you have dozens of cops right next to it waiting to extort you, so its also dangerous to go around there.

  Since the rest of the mall closed, Belks has consolidated into a much smaller location. It's half the size it once was. This is unfortunate since they now offer much less and is no longer worth the drive. Our experience today was underwhelming. Even with a Belks coupon, the purchase was still more than other places. Very few size options for men's shoes. If you need a wide in men's shoes, they don't carry any (per the employee). Not sure if it's a prerogative of management, but the employee was too pushy with trying to enroll everyone in our party for a Belks credit card. Especially when she was already aware that I was paying with one.
