  Buying clothes from there is fine if your selling it’s a rip off I had a bag full of new clothes lululemon American eagle brand new wore once air max 270 and other brand new shoes only to be told they couldn’t sell to me because of daily wear so I don’t think they actually took the time to look through the things everytime they do take clothes from me it’s a rip of I barley get any money for what they take

  I went in to have a peaceful shopping experience but couldn’t help but hear one lady cursing another employee out I think the lady cursing was in charge. Terrible attitude need to replace that one .

  this is the worst plato’s i’ve ever been to, i’ve tried to sell there 3 times and they took maybe 3 things all together. i took a basket full today and they took 2 items my other items were still in the same order as they were when i put them in the basket. it seems like they don’t actually go through the clothes. i also called before hand and asked them what they were taking and i brung exactly what they asked for and still took nothing.

  I can’t leave Zero stars. If I could I would. I was recently in with my niece and we both had stuff we brought in. Name brand stuff in amazing condition. Michael Kors, Kate Spade, North Face, Juicy Couture, and Coach, Torrid, Maurice’s (all styles young and within the past year). From the moment we walked in the vibe was weird. The ladies working the counter and going through product were actively talking about customers in a negative manner. And were openly speaking negatively about product they were sorting through. Things that a shopping customer shouldn’t hear. We had already checked in and driven from a town over. We waited an extra hour and a half above our estimated hour wait time. And while shopping we noticed a lot of SHEIN, Walmart, and Target brands on the racks. They rejected most of our haul. Which is fine. But maybe restructure your product standards. Along with your employee behavioral standards. We won’t be returning, and have informed our family and friends of our negative experience.
