- MMMichele5 days ago5.0I thought I was ordering from the Roanoke location but they must have closed so the delivery came all the way from Blacksburg. I’m in Richmond and order for my dad’s birthday. The order had some hiccups and I left a message on their voice mail. To my surprise, they sent a new order to my dad the very next day and added a huge beautiful bouquet of flowers. It really made his 83rd birthday even more special. I was not expecting that at all. They really do care and have the best customer service. I will continue to order gifts from here. Thank you for going above and beyond for such a special day! 🎉

For the expensive price charged you would think it'd look at least somewhat like the photo when ordering. Will not order again Update: the business did send another bouquet that was much better than the original sent. Still not like the picture on the website but at least it was colorful and fragrant which was appreciated

I ordered a couple hours before deadline then got a message at the end of the day saying they couldn’t get to it & would’ve delivered on Mon. Then I got another message on Mon saying the item I picked was not available & needed to pick something else, to be delivered on Tues! Then on Tuesday something else was delivered. Extremely disappointing and frustrating.
