  Very frustrating experience. I asked for a cupcake and 6 milk chocolate strawberries which I was told they were ready to go. Then they charged me for three cupcakes and it took 13 minutes to correct. Then as that was going on I asked where the strawberries were that were supposed to be ready and expressed that I needed to be somewhere. I was told again that the strawberries were ready to go. Then they bring a different cupcake out than I ordered and way smaller. Wait another 7 minutes no and still no strawberries and them I start to become agitated with excuses on why the cupcakes are different and then finally someone goes and puts a box of strawberries together then it’s the wrong strawberries. Epic fail here. I did not give a 1 star as it was a clean establishment.

  Received an arrangement from my wife for my birthday and it was absolutely amazing. Fresh fruit very sweet in taste and very professional arranged

  I thought I was ordering from the Roanoke location but they must have closed so the delivery came all the way from Blacksburg. I’m in Richmond and order for my dad’s birthday. The order had some hiccups and I left a message on their voice mail. To my surprise, they sent a new order to my dad the very next day and added a huge beautiful bouquet of flowers. It really made his 83rd birthday even more special. I was not expecting that at all. They really do care and have the best customer service. I will continue to order gifts from here. Thank you for going above and beyond for such a special day! 🎉

  I had an "above and beyond" experience for an order I placed for my college student's 21st birthday earlier this week. The owner personally delivered my order to my daughter's off-campus townhouse, ensuring she would receive it right away so none of the perishable items would risk being outside too long. She was surprised and thrilled to receive the gift. Highly recommend this shop - great personal, attentive service, a rarity these days in the customer service world. :)

  Oh my goodness the arrangement sent to my husband for his surgery was wonderful. He went on and on about how juicy and sweet the orange slices were. The pineapple was sweet and everything was so fresh and the chocolate covered strawberries were amazing.
