  I was visiting from New York and stopped in to Lululemon in Ashburn to make a return. I am a very frequent customer and had some things happen that delayed my return. I was 2 weeks after the 30 day policy. Thinking I would probably get a store credit bc of the delay - I was shocked to have the manager (Jammal) tell me that he “wasn’t inclined to make an accommodation”. I then asked if I could exchange for different sizes - again, he said sorry - “nothing I can do”. I was returning basics that were still for sale on the floor - nothing esoteric or on sale. All in perfect tag on condition with price tags on. I called the customer service number - they quickly saw that I was a good customer and promptly allowed the return. I am writing a review because of the inconvenience Jammal caused to my day for no apparent reason. TERRIBLE customer service!

  I never put a review for this place after my last visit. They were really racist. There was only one employee out of the whole store who was friendly and wanted to actually help me. Funny since he was the only non-white employee, and the white manager and other white employee who was there refused to help me even though they saw me waiting to get checked out. Instead, they just stared at me from afar. But he was quick to come over when a white couple (who cut me in line by the way) went to the counter for help. I shouldn't even have purchased from here but I had a gift card that I wanted to get rid of, and it did not make sense to just go to another store since its the same company

  Shane was super helpful with a return and exchange. He showed me how to use all the cool features with my travel bag, and I can now pack and travel a lot easier now.

  I got two sports bras and the employee with glasses and blonde hair was credibly nice.She helped me choose my bra,. And gave me wonderful recommendations. The blonde woman with long hair who checked me out what was credibly nice as well. The environment was super warm. Id would highly recommend this store !
