  HORRIBLE customer service. Quite possibly the worse location in Northern Virginia. I paid for a 1-hour delivery and they never delivered my order. Then they lied about contacting me and said I couldn’t be reached which isn’t true. They didn’t try to help fix the issue or attempt another delivery. I ordered 12 hours in advance and still didn’t receive my order in time. DO NOT do business with this location.

  I am a nice person - but I am enraged. I like to gift Edible Arrangements to my elderly mom, and when I received a “Happy Birthday” email (dated 1 Dec 19 and valid thru the end of the month) with a code for a free 12-count box of chocolate dipped fruit from Edible Arrangements - I thought she would appreciate a little Christmas surprise. I went to my closest storefront - Brambleton Town Center on Ryan Road - and said I’d like to place an order. I was good when told it would be a 15 minute wait, and when NGHIA returned I mentioned the 12-count coupon, and he said he could not take it. He refused to prepare a 12-count chocolate dipped box for me. When I asked why not - he had not answer except that he could not/WOULD not honor the coupon - even when I showed it to him with the coupon code. He tried several times to contact his manager - ANH DO QUY - and only got voicemail. We have lived overseas and I “get” the mentality of wanting payment vs honoring a coupon - but this is NOT ACCEPTABLE. I argued with him for several minutes as he continued to deny my coupon while continuing to try to contact his manager - to no avail. I finally left - TOTALLY DISGUSTED - and told NGHIA that I would be letting others know how UNSATISFACTORY their business is. IF this is a training issue - it needs to be corrected. After reading reviews of other locations in my area - I can’t imagine returning to any Edible Arrangements establishments. Edible Arrangements has made a vocal enemy - and I’ll be letting many others know of the discrimination directed my way.
