- AAAljonaMay 24, 20261.0I just bought a dress from Windsor Pentagon city, and there was this lady. I don't remember her name but she had a lot of piercing on her ears and face and she wore all black. She was the weirdest and scariest lady I have ever met. Absolutely so disgustingly rude. I was at the checkout and I tried and make a conversation with her and she completely did not respond. When she was taking the black button thing off my dress she completely started banging it on the table and the beads were coming off of my dress. At the end she threw the bag at my face and i said thank you and she completely ignored me. Never in my years that I have lived here have I seen someone act so rude. She maybe has MENTAL problems or something because she was half crazy. I hope they fire her immediately. Never shopping at that store ever again.
