- NNNia NewtonOct 5, 20265.0Damien was exceptional. Infectious personality. I came in wanting to find a pair of Meta Sunglasses. He explained the difference between the Metas, Ray Bans, and Oakleys. He was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the brands. If I had any doubt about making a purchase, that went away very quickly. It took me everything not to buy another pair of sunglasses that I really didn't need because Damien was just that good! He is a stellar employee, hopefully he's being recognized as such. Great experience.

I ordered replacement lenses for my sunglasses and was told it would take up to 3 weeks because the lenses came directly from Italy. Fast forward over 6 weeks later and I still haven't received the lenses. Called multiple times and kept being met with excuses. Submitted a ticket through customer service who said I would hear back within 5 business days and nobody ever contacted me. Needless to say, I'll never shop at a Sunglass Hut again.
