  Please fire the employees except for the guy that works there. The workers at this store are never friendly and unhelpful. I've been here multiple times and never have a good experience. I asked 2 of the female workers if I could get some pads that were talking to each other and they just stared at me.. like hello customer service? Why am I asking the questions and getting no help. Hate going to this store, avoid at all costs.

  You can charge a premium price and then start having inferior quality. Socks lost shape after one a few washes and I have two shirts where the thread is already pulling. This company is just not the same as it once was.

  I would like to leave my highest reviews to the employee today who helped me out.. my current underwear had ripped and I was in a bit of a financial pickle, and it turned out to be a minor disaster in Dupont Circle. He was quick to help me out. You don't see people like this anymore, and I would like to formally commend him and any staff member here at this location. To those who haven't had an experience at Lulu lemon, it is a yoga-themed and athletic casual themed department store that sells high-quality athletic gear. They just launched a new line of shoes.

  As an Amex card member there are certain perks that come with card ownership. One of the newest perks is a quarterly lululemon $75 credit. I’ve never shopped at lululemon before so this was a very interesting experience. The entire staff was SO friendly, helpful and professional. There were items at various price points. Very high quality, durable materials with a rainbow of colors. I was able to browse the entire store, and it was a very pleasant shopping experience. I settled on a $75 gift card, and will continue to review the website for future deals/offers.

  There was no online update about hours like the other stores and the educators in-store just stared at me while I was trying to talk to one of them. I was stuck outside in the freezing cold until one of them was merciful enough to open the door and offer an apology and explanation for the early closure. I will not be returning because clearly this is how they treat customers. Based on the reviews, not missing out from this location at all.
