Mel has helped me more than once at the Bonobos location in Pentagon City and she is fantastic. I'm able to get stylish clothes at a reasonable price with expert and friendly professional advice. The store is great about helping you find your size and then having exactly the items you want shipped to your house with no problem. Appointments are easy to make online or by email, or you can just walk in. Returns are also extremely easy. I've worked with other really professional staff members as well, and it's not uncommon for other staff members to join in and give advice in a very helpful way, too. The shop is just a great, friendly place to go. Even if you've always dreaded clothes shopping like me, they make it so easy that it even can end up being a bit of fun. 😂 I can completely refresh or replace my wardrobe in about an hour, because once you are sized, you can order by looking at what’s on the store floor or they can help you right from their iPad. Highly recommended! 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic place. I’d never been in a Bonobos before and stopped in looking for pants. The customer service was excellent across the board, but Melanie really went above and beyond helping me find the right size and fit. If I’m not careful, she might even convince me to wear something other than black. Great clothes, great people, 10/10 experience.

Kori and Ramaya kindly and diligently helped me when I needed a tux on short notice. They've been been my go-to ever since.
