  My first time shopping at Bealls, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. The store clearly advertised “Tax Free Extended Hours — This Weekend Only — Fri & Sat: 9am-10pm, Sun: 10am-9pm.” Today is Friday, so I expected the promotion to apply. The cashier even checked with a coworker and confirmed it. He then contacted his manager, who said kids’ items were taxed. I asked about the other items, and they were also scanned with tax. When I questioned why everything was being taxed despite the advertised promotion, I was told there was nothing they could do. The biggest disappointment was the lack of customer service and how the situation was handled. I told them I would not be returning, and they did not seem concerned. Very disappointing first impression. I expected better from a store promoting a tax-free event.

  I love shopping here!!!! I could spend hours in this store! (If my husband let me 😂) I saw these amazing boots! I would have bought them if I was a little younger haha. The bathrooms were clean as usual and I did buy a cute pair of shoes! Very nice employees too!!! 😀
