  I wanted to recognize Aale for providing one of the most genuinely enjoyable retail experiences my daughter and I have had in a very long time. We had stopped in for what was supposed to be a quick errand, but Aale’s kindness, warmth, and professionalism completely changed the experience for us. He took the time to engage with both of us in a way that felt authentic and personal rather than transactional. He complimented my daughter in such a thoughtful and encouraging way that helped make the experience especially memorable for her, and he was equally kind and engaging with me as a parent. What stood out most was how effortless he made the interaction feel. It felt less like shopping and more like talking with someone who genuinely enjoys connecting with people and helping them feel good about themselves. Employees like Aale are a huge part of what creates brand loyalty and keeps customers coming back. Please recognize him for the exceptional customer experience he provided. He represents your brand incredibly well.

  Camila gave the worst customer service in the store. Wanted to spend more money wasn’t greeted treated rudely told her about a stain on a bag that I like she didn’t care moved on. I love the brand. I’ve always heard things like this happening to people like me, but I experienced it today in the store. I will not be returning

  Great experience at this Lululemon. Emma provided excellent customer service from start to finish—she greeted me right away, asked what I was looking for, and quickly helped me find the right product. She guided me to the fitting rooms and made checkout smooth and easy. Friendly, attentive, and efficient. Really appreciated the help—will definitely be back!
